As the Group’s overseas footprint continues to expand, the Cambodia base – a key strategic hub in Southeast Asia – faces higher demands in financial management, factory operations, and global collaborative control. This project takes the upgrade of the domestic financial system and the digital intelligence transformation of the Cambodia base as dual entry points. Using the Cambodia plant as a model, it aims to build a replicable and scalable overseas digital intelligence benchmark project, establish a cross-regional integrated digital intelligence platform, and achieve integrated management of finance and business as well as end-to-end data connectivity.
