近日,興發(fā)鋁業(yè)越南基地與用友共同宣布,用友BIP-HR數(shù)化平臺項(xiàng)目正式啟動(dòng)。本次合作旨在通過領(lǐng)先的數(shù)智化技術(shù),重構(gòu)興發(fā)鋁業(yè)越南基地的人力資源管理體系,打造東南亞制造業(yè)數(shù)化轉(zhuǎn)型的標(biāo)桿。


Recently, XINGFA Aluminum (Vietnam) and Yonyou Network jointly announced the official launch of the Yonyou BIP-HR Digital Platform project. This collaboration aims to reconstruct the HR management system of XINGFA Vietnam through leading digital technologies, creating a benchmark for digital transformation in the Southeast Asian manufacturing industry.

隨著興發(fā)鋁業(yè)在越南業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的人工操作模式面臨挑戰(zhàn)。目前,部分越南基地的人員入職、薪資核算及流程審批等仍高度依賴紙質(zhì)文件和手動(dòng)錄入,導(dǎo)致數(shù)據(jù)同步滯后、預(yù)警識別困難等痛點(diǎn)。 


With the rapid development of XINGFA's business in Vietnam, traditional manual operations face challenges. Currently, a part of onboarding, payroll calculation, and approval processes at the Vietnam base still rely heavily on paper documents and manual entry, leading to pain points such as delayed data synchronization and difficulties in risk warning identification.


本次項(xiàng)目將全面覆蓋組織管理、員工信息管理、員工變動(dòng)、考勤管理、合同管理及薪資管理六大核心模塊,實(shí)現(xiàn)從“能用”到“好用”的跨越。 


The project will comprehensively cover six core modules: Organization Management, Employee Information Management, Personnel Changes, Attendance Management, Contract Management, and Payroll Management, achieving a leap from "usable" to "user-friendly".
